We have known Cliff and Toni since 2019 when they met us at Fit Theorem Lynnwood and Everett to do a photoshoot for members and the staff. This time around we also took up their offer to do a family photoshoot. Some of their strengths are:

Professionalism - we were very excited and slightly anxious as this was our first family photoshoot and we did not know what to expect. But after meeting with them and talking with them they put us at ease. They took their time to get to know our family. We were all laughing and especially the kids were relaxed and felt comfortable.

Communication - from appointments to delivery the emails and texts were on point and making sure we understood the process.

Punctuality - when we reached the location for the photoshoot the room was already set up with the lights and props. We had the same experience for the unveiling of the photographs.

Photoshoot - They had great suggestions on poses. Were reminding and correcting the hair, clothes, and making sure everyone's face was visible. They were very encouraging and accommodating if we wanted to try different poses.
